Use these summaries alongside the extension and the provider’s current instructions.
Account screens can vary. The preview’s category names are not verified for every account. If a requested category or date option is missing, pause and contact your requestor before changing the scope.
Use Google Takeout to select Gmail, Drive, or both. Match the delivery method, frequency, archive type, and size to your instructions. MyDataPreserver can display its guide alongside Takeout.
Use Accounts Center to export the intended Facebook profile. Match the categories and dates to your request. HTML is the default for review in this preview; keep all media and folders together. Encrypted Messenger history may need a separate export.
Select the intended Instagram profile in Accounts Center. Review the requested information, date range, format, and media quality before creating an export.
Request your account archive through X’s settings. Keep the full downloaded archive, including its viewer and data files. This guide requests the complete archive.
Use the desktop website to request a copy of your data. Match the available categories to the requestor’s selections and download every supplied archive part.
Follow Download your data in the mobile app while keeping the guide open. Select the requested information and an accepted format. An account-data export may not include every video.
Use My Data to review the requested categories and dates. Memories may require additional downloads. Available history depends on what Snapchat retains for the account.
Request an account-data package through Reddit’s data request form. Watch for the provider’s download instructions and keep the downloaded package unchanged.
Use the desktop or browser app’s data request settings. Review the available selections. A data package does not represent every message in every server you can access.
Download every required archive part and any separately supplied media. An HTML file by itself may not include its images, attachments, or other supporting files. Keep the original archives unchanged and follow the requestor’s delivery method.
The report documents recorded actions and user confirmations. It does not prove the provider finished an export, that every item was collected, or that delivery was independently verified. The local record is not tamper-evident.
